Big Ten Conference Broadcast Schedule
NOTE: This list includes telecasts that fall under the TV contracts for the Big Ten. Any road non-conference games fall under the home team's telecast rights.
The Big Ten has a network TV contract with ABC, a national
cable contract with ESPN & ESPN2 and a regional TV contract with the Big Ten
Network. Under the contract:
- Up to 17 games on ABC
- Up to 25 games on ESPN/ESPN2
- Up to 35 games on the Big Ten Network, with every team guaranteed two appearances on the channel, with one appearance being a conference game
For selection order, ABC has the first selection of games
every week. Most weeks ESPN/ESPN2 will have the next set of game choices, followed
by the Big Ten Network. The Big Ten Network will be able to leapfrog ESPN and/or
ESPN2 on select weekends.
