American Broadcast Schedule

NOTE: This list includes telecasts that fall under the TV contracts for the conference. Any road non-conference games fall under the home team's telecast rights.

The American Athletic Conference has a contract with ESPN Networks for all of their football television rights. ABC/ESPN will guarantee the conference a minimum of 28 games to air on ABC, ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPNU with a minimum of three of the 28 games on ABC. Games may also appear on ESPNEWS and ESPN3.

ESPN has elected to sublicense 13-15 games per year to CBS Sports Network. Navy's home games will air on CBS Sports Network in 2018 & 2019 as well under a new agreement. Starting in 2020, ESPN will have access to one Navy home game per season plus the "home" game vs. Notre Dame every other year per a new agreement. The rest will air on CBS Sports Network through 2027.

The contract with ESPN, along with ESPN's sublicense agreement with CBS Sports Network, end after the 2019-2020 athletic year. A new agreement has been reached with ESPN for another twelve years starting with the 2020-21 athletic year.
